1. Q: What is the NameStick.com & NitroStats.com Affiliate Program?
   
   A: The Namestick.com & NitroStats.com Affiliate Program will pay you every time you refer a new visitor to one of our websites (http://www.namestick.com or http://www.nitrostats.com ) and that visitor purchases one of our products.
   
   
2. Q: How do the NameStick.com & NitroStats.com Affiliate Programs work together?
   
   A: The Namestick.com & NitroStats.com Affiliate Program work together in several ways.  When you signup for either program, at either of the websites  (http://www.namestick.com or http://www.nitrostats.com ) then you are automatically setup with a referral link to both sites.  
   
   You automatically receive commissions from BOTH product's sales whenever a referral you send to ONE of the sites purchases EITHER product (or both) of them.

   Example 1: Let's say you referred someone to NitroStats using your new affiliate link and they decided that yes, it is an awesome service, and they subscribe to the Gold Account. You get the monthly 25% commission ($5.00+) from that sale.  But, let's say that we successfully upsell them into purchasing a NameStick domains to use with their NitroStats campaigns...  You just earned an extra $7.50  with zero additional effort!

   Example 2: Let's say you referred someone to NameStick using your NameStick affiliate link, and they decided that they needed a cool NameStick domain to market with to hide their ugly affiliate link. You get the $7.50 referral fee. But then, through our successful followup, we are able to show them how effective NitroStats advanced tracking and protection is to them, and they subscribe to the NitroStats Gold service. You are now getting an $5.00+ commission every month from that original NameStick referral.

   Example 3: Even if you sent a referral to one site, say NitroStats, and they didn't buy that product, but a month later, they decided to buy a NameStick domain, you still get credit for that sale. and vice versa.

   The bottom line is you get referral commission at both sites for promoting either of your links. These two products are in high demand and the more people you refer, the more money you are going to make.

   A: It's a very simple three-step process: read and agree to the terms and conditions, fill out the Affiliate Application, and when NameStick.com accepts your application, you will be notified via email about how to link to us and start earning money.

   A: Anyone can apply for the program. However, NameStick.com reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism; or feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography will be deemed unacceptable for the NameStick.com Affiliate Program.
   
   
   
7. Q: I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with NameStick.com?
   
   A: Yes, unlike most Affiliate Programs that only accept affiliates that have their own web site, we feel that everyone should be given the opportunity to be part of the NameStick.com Affiliate Program.
   
   As an affiliate, you are given access to a private affiliate training area where we teach you how to promote our products, with or without a web site of your own. (please see the welcome message you receive from us after you complete the registration process for full details)
   
   
   
8. Q: How does NameStick.com track visitors to my Web site?
   
   A: NameStick.com uses state of the art technology to manage your leads and sales. Our tracking system makes use of cookies to track leads for up to 12 months. Over 99% of all users have their cookies enabled on their browser (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). The fact is that cookie-based technology is a reality that will remain a part of consumer tracking for individual Internet e-businesses for quite some time. In the unlikely situation that a customer has cookies disabled, then the sales that occur cannot be tracked, either by our technology or anyone else's.
   
   
   
9. Q: How can I keep track of how many people visit and buy from my NameStick.com affiliate link?
   
   A: Simply log in to your NameStick.com account (see the welcome email) to access a variety of online reports, where you can track your click-throughs and commissions.
   
   
   
10. Q: How much will I earn for each sale I refer to NameStick.com & NitroStats.com?
    
    A: You will receive US$7.50 for each NameStick domain sold or transferred.  
    
    And you will earn a 25% commission on any NitroStats subscription you sell.  That is a $5/month commission for the Basic service  ($19.97), a $6.25/month commission for the Gold service  ($24.97), and $8.75/month commission for the Pro service  ($34.97).    You also receive a 5% second tier commission on any sales your sub-affiliates make.
    
    
    
11. Q: When and how do I get paid?
    
    A: You will be paid monthly by check (USD) for the previous month's sales, providing you meet the minimum payment requirements below.  Commission checks are issued on the 10th day of each month. Please ensure that we have your correct mailing address and payee information.  Separate checks are issued for NameStick.com and NitroStats.com commissions.
    
    
12. Q:  What are the minimum payment requirements for commissions?
    
    A:  For NameStick, the minimum payment level is $15 for US and Canadian affiliates, and $30 for all other international affiliates. Accounts owing under this amount will be carried forward to the next sales period until commissions have accumulated to the $15 or $30 threshold. Commissions against sales that are rejected upon credit card authorization or otherwise refunded or charged back will be deducted from your following commission payment. 
    
    For NitroStats, the minimum payment level is $15 for US and Canadian affiliates, and $30 for all other international affiliates.
    
    
13. Q:  If I buy through my own link, do I get a commission?
    
    A:  If you purchase either a NameStick domain or the NitroStats service through your own affiliate link our policy is to reverse the commission to the affiliate that originally referred you to us.  This is to ensure that all affiliates receive proper credit for their referrals.
    
    For example, everybody you work hard to refer through your affiliate links could sign up for the affiliate program and purchase from their own link, thus you would not receive any compensation for your efforts. And we want you to be properly rewarded.

16. Q: How can I change my affiliate account information?
    
    A: To makes changes to your account, just go to the Statistics Page.
    You will need to know your user name and password in order to access your account.
    
    
    
17. Q: What kind of advertising is prohibited?
    
    A: You cannot send unsolicited email (also known as spam) in any way shape or form. There will be absolutely no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
    
    
18. Q: Do I get paid for NameStick domain renewals and monthly NitroStats subscribers?
    
    A: Yes.   You get paid a commission when your NameStick customers renew their domains.  And you get a monthly residual commission for as long as your NitroStats customers keep using the service.
